• All software, branding, page content, and original materials are owned by HospiEdge or licensors.
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use services according to your plan.
• Free resources are provided for internal business/educational use unless otherwise stated.
• You may not resell, republish, or claim ownership of HospiEdge content without written permission.

AI-Generated Media Disclosure

HospiEdge utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and generative technologies to create various marketing assets, including but not limited to, company videos, brand imagery, and depictions of office environments (including representations of building exteriors and interiors in metropolitan areas like New York).

Notice of Illustrative Content: All such imagery and video content are for illustrative and conceptual purposes only. They are synthetic representations intended to convey brand vision and do not depict physical real estate currently owned, leased, or physically operated by HospiEdge. These visuals should not be relied upon as factual representations of physical company locations.

Accessibility features we support

• Keyboard Navigation: Core platforms include "Skip to content" links and are designed to be operable via keyboard.
• Screen Reader Compatibility: We utilize semantic HTML and ARIA attributes to ensure dynamic content can be interpreted by modern screen readers.
• Voice and Audio: Our HospiEdge Assistant supports text-to-speech and speech-to-text functionalities, proper focus management, and text logs for spoken audio.
• Visual Contrast: We aim to meet strict color contrast ratios across our user interfaces to support users with low vision or color blindness.

Known limitations

• Custom Floor Plan Builder (Hospi Edge Table): Due to the drag-and-drop nature of the canvas mapping tool, some advanced layout features may currently be difficult to operate using only a keyboard or screen reader.
• Third-Party Integrations: Some integrated POS data dashboards or external iframes may not fully conform to our internal accessibility standards.
