Platform Engineering

Build, Customize, or License Operator‑Grade Hospitality Software

Three flagship platforms can run standalone or connect to share one database brain. Ops membership includes both Scheduling and Hospi Edge Table, or you can license source code for internal use under your own brand and domains.

Source‑code licensing (what’s for sale)

This is a non-exclusive license to use the code internally at unlimited locations. You do not buy the IP, brand, domains, or resale rights. Pricing below was recalibrated in March 2026 from current rebuild-value midpoints and transparent licensing multipliers.

Fixed license pricing (unlimited locations)

Product Perpetual source‑code license Includes (Year 1) Updates after Year 1
HospiEdge Scheduling $50,000 Code snapshot + install docs + 12 months updates $9,000/yr (18%)
HospiEdge Operations $106,000 Code snapshot + install docs + 12 months updates $19,000/yr (18%)
Hospi Edge Table $92,000 Code snapshot + install docs + 12 months updates $16,500/yr (18%)
Full Suite (all 3) $199,000 Code snapshots + install docs + 12 months updates $35,800/yr (18%)
One‑time onboarding (recommended) Standard onboarding: $2,500 per product (install, env, DB setup, seeded tenant, smoke test).

Complex onboarding/integrations: $5,000–$15,000 (POS, Square/Aloha, migrations).
Term license (lower upfront) Scheduling $18,000/yr Operations $38,000/yr Table $33,000/yr Suite $72,000/yr

Includes updates while active. No perpetual rights when term ends.

How these values and license prices were calculated

This model is anchored to March 2026 ownership-equivalent rebuild midpoints from current production scope, then converted into non-exclusive internal-use pricing with explicit multipliers.

Step 1: Rebuild midpoint baseline Scheduling $420,000, Operations $880,000, Table $760,000, Suite reference $2,400,000.
Step 2: Perpetual internal-use conversion Formula: perpetual license = midpoint 12%, rounded for buyer clarity. Suite applies bundle discount versus sum of module licenses.
Product Midpoint Perpetual math Offered perpetual Annual maintenance Term annual
Scheduling $420,000 $420,000 12% = $50,400 $50,000 $9,000 (18%) $18,000 (36%)
Operations $880,000 $880,000 12% = $105,600 $106,000 $19,000 (18%) $38,000 (36%)
Table $760,000 $760,000 12% = $91,200 $92,000 $16,500 (18%) $33,000 (36%)
Suite $2,400,000 Module sum $248,000 less bundle discount $199,000 $35,800 (18%) $72,000 (36%)
Step 3: Maintenance logic Maintenance is priced at 18% of perpetual to cover patches, security hardening, compatibility updates, and release packaging.
Step 4: Term-license logic Annual term pricing is set near 36% of perpetual. This reflects active updates during term without perpetual usage rights.

Flagship platforms (feature surfaces)

Each platform can run standalone or connect to share a single database brain, with bundled app access on Operations membership.

Scheduling Platform

HospiEdge Scheduling

What it does: production scheduling with manager build mode, auto-schedule support, team workflows, approvals, labor controls, compliance checks, and POS import.

  • Weekly builder, publish/unpublish, copy last week, drafts, and version controls
  • Team tools: availability, swaps, pickups, time off, alerts, and announcements
  • Rules engine, quality scoring, and compliance scaffolding
  • PDF export, labor forecast/payroll/tips layer, and Stripe gating wiring
SaaS pricing: $49/month standalone (included with hospiedgetool.org membership)
Operations OS

HospiEdge Operations

What it does: audits, incidents, discipline workflows, manager command routines, AI coaching, POS integrations, and subscription billing.

  • Floor plan builder: Fabric canvas JSON, draft/save/publish
  • Host stand + waitboard: walk-ins, reservations, status updates, pacing
  • Manager console: sections, auto-assign, ratings, moves, and reports
  • Controls: role checks, tenant scoping, CSRF
  • API/webhooks + kiosk surfaces with assignment records and explanations
SaaS pricing: $79/month standalone (included with hospiedgetool.org membership)

Transparency: ownership-equivalent code value vs license price

To keep pricing buyer-clear, this table shows each ownership-equivalent midpoint beside the current internal-use perpetual offer. The license offer is intentionally lower because it is non-exclusive and excludes resale rights.

Product Ownership-equivalent code value (midpoint) Internal-use perpetual license (offered)
Scheduling $420,000 $50,000
Operations $880,000 $106,000
Table $760,000 $92,000
Suite $2,400,000 $199,000

Note: offered internal-use prices follow the explicit model above: midpoint x 12%, suite bundle discount, 18% maintenance, and 36% term-rate logic.

What we build

For operators and founders: we scope as a product, not a one‑off script.

New app builds

Design + build from zero with ownership of your custom codebase.

  • Workflows, wireframes, requirements
  • Auth/roles + tenancy
  • Deploy plan + onboarding

Customization

Add features, refactor workflows, upgrade UI—without breaking what works.

  • Feature additions & integrations
  • Performance & reliability hardening
  • UX polish & mobile-first usability

Due diligence

For buyers/investors: surface-area inventory, risks, and rebuild-cost analysis.

  • Security/billing review
  • Data model + tenancy review
  • Replacement-cost model

Request a build, customization, or license

Tell us what you want to build, what you already have, and what success looks like. If you’re requesting a code license, include which product(s) and whether you need onboarding.

What you’ll get back

  • Feasibility answer (what’s easy vs hard)
  • Clear scope options (lean → full)
  • Implementation plan + next steps
